AN EDWARDS AND ROBERTS 5-DRAWER WRITING TABLE
An exquisite Edwardian, mahogany and inlaid writing table by Edwards and Roberts (stamped on the top edge of the middle drawer). The drawer fronts and legs are inlaid with harebells, ribbons and bows, and the kneehole has quadrant fans to the corners. The rest of the desk has boxwood line inlay and to the top there is a hand stained and tooled green hide. The drawers are fitted with oval backplate handles and Hobbs and Co Locks which again is another sign of quality. The desk stands on square tapered legs terminating in spade feet and brass square socket castors

A pretty and fine quality writing desk in mahogany with satinwood banding to the drawer front and top, and a boxwood line inlay down the legs. To the back upstand there is an oval mirror with 2 small candle shelves to either side. The top has a faded green hide with a fine gold tooled line

A MAHOGANY COFFEE TABLE
A recently handmade super quality coffee table made from 18th Century timber in a Chippendale style. The square section legs are chamfered on the inside corner, moulded down the outside corner and fitted with corner frets. The top is made from a single piece of mahogany with no joins.
